Richard Bandler’s Guide to Trance-Formation: How to Harness the Power of Hypnosis to Ignite Effortless and Lasting Change

This is the second new book that Richard released in 2008 and it’s in my opinion the one you should get out of the two. It’s is a complete overview of everything you will ever need to start using NLP and Hypnosis from a beginner level right up to advanced techniques and methods.

One of the most valuable things in this book are the transcriptions of Richard’s interventions with clients, where he helps the clients get rid of various phobias and anxieties. After reading these you’ll have a much better understanding of how NLP and Hypnosis work in real life and you’ll be able to apply your knowledge much better.

Out of all Richards’ books I recommend this the most both for being comprehensive, clear and concise. This will be your reference book for years to come and after getting it you’ll never need another NLP or Hypnosis book again.

The one thing that more advanced hypnotists may not be familiar with is Richard’s Design Human Engineering techniques which have not widely disseminated in the hypnosis community beyond those that have studied with Richard or his trainers.

The book is similar to Paul McKenna’s ‘I can change your life in 7 Days’ but the advantage of that book is that it has an enclosed CD with a hypnotic induction.

I can only really recommend this book to absolute beginners and collectors.
