In the third part of the series “How to hypnotize yourself”, I am going to teach you an exercise that will help you go into a deeper trance more quickly. Most people don’t realise that the hypnotic trance state is something that you can learn and actually get better at. As with any other skill the more you practice it the better you will get at it. Of course you could practise going into a hypnotic trance every day, but you could also practice going in and out of trance in rapid succession. This hypnosis technique is fractionating.

Rapport can be described as the state you are in when you are really connecting with another person, you feel like you are on the same wave-length and communication between the two of you is effortless like two friends who have known each other for years.
