Most people don’t realise that the hypnotic trance state is something that you can learn and actually get better at. As with any other skill the more you practice it the better you will get at it. Of course you could practise going into a hypnotic trance every day, but you could also practice going in and out of trance in rapid succession. This hypnosis technique is fractionating.
